The majestic SATIN
Satin
Satin is a fabric of silk, rayon, etc, closely woven to show much of the warp, giving a smooth glossy appearance. originally, satin was made using silk, which is a long, continuous thread pulled from a silkworms cocoon. Modern satin can also be made from polyester and rayon, both of which can be manufactured to form long filaments. A satin weave is a type of fabric weave that produces a characteristically glossy, smooth or lustrous material, typically with a glossy top surface and a dull back; it is not durable, as it tends to snag. silk is a natural fabric that is made from the cocoons of silkworms. The individual fibers are unwound from the cocoons, made into threads and then woven into cloth. The cloth is then made into such useful items as sheets, other bed linens, and even clothing.
Now silk is mostly worn as a dress be it a skirt or full dress and it has various very beautiful and vibrant colours that stand out or down. But it's also worn as tops which I find extremely stylish and fashionable.
